Priority Service
For priority service, a toll-free phone line (1.800.856.9801) and e-mail address (consumerrelations@fender.com) have been established so that Custom Shop customers can easily contact Fender Custom Care. Our Custom CareSM staff will respond to inquiries on a priority basis during standard business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday).

For customers outside of the US or Canada, the Dealer or Distributor in your region from whom your purchased your instrument should be your first point of contact.

Custom Care Certified Service Centers

If you require service on your Custom Shop instrument and wish to utilize regional service, Fender has established a network of Custom Care Certified service centers in the US and Canada. The Custom CareSM Certified Service Network consists of a hand-selected group of Fender's most highly skilled service associates. These supremely capable luthiers have in-depth knowledge and experience in preserving the rich characteristics of your finely crafted instrument. They consistently deliver best in class service and have passed rigorous standards to be chosen as the local representatives of Fender's Custom CareSM program.
