Fender Custom Shop Master Builder John Cruz gives you the inside story here on the special new guitar he’s created, the Master Design 1963 Relic Stratocaster. Right there at his workbench, Cruz takes you on a guided tour of the guitar—a vintage-style model with “a little bit more going on underneath the hood,” including special pickups and wiring, a 12″ fingerboard radius and larger frets, a brass tremolo block and a faded Two-color Sunburst finish.
